Business planning is important, but to double the effort we recommend combining the business plan with a “complete” investment layout in Memorandum format. The best place to get a Private Placement Memorandum Template is “Reg D Fast®.” They focus on Regulation D private capital templates in Microsoft Word, fully editable. All the PPM Templates are updated as of November 2010, and includes a complete social network of industry professionals. A very useful tool in the search for money. They have complete Real Estate PPM’s, Stock Warrants, Term Sheets and much more. Very useful.

The combination of Business management, business goals and a good customers relationship is the key for any business to succeed. Like I say getting a new customers is hard work, but keeping it is even harder. Business is like marriage.

    Best of luck,
    God bless
